Phase 1
Selection of the sales team – sole agent or multi brand agent
The selection process will follow the following steps:
- gathering of curricula vitae of the candidates-agents through:
- germital database
- germital relantionships
- networks media advertisements
- first screening of the curricula
- introduction of your company and product to the selected candidates-agents
- delivery to your company of the curricula/profiles of the selected and most suitable candidates
Phase 2
Meeting presentation of the selected candidates to your company- final selection of chosen candidates-agents
- preparation and editing of the “agency contract” that will manage the relantionship between the selected candidates/agents and your company
- meeting to introduce the agents selected for your company and your finale acceptance and release of the signed “agency contract” to each agent/s.
